為保障食品安全及顧客權益,並確保處理流程有據可依,特此訂立以下退貨及退款條款。
To ensure food safety and protect customer rights, the following return and refund policies are established.
一般條款
General Terms
- 除因產品品質問題外,所有貨品於下單及付款後,均不設退換或取消。
Except in cases of product quality issues, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed and paid. - 基於食品衛生理由,所有貨品一經送達,顧客須於收貨後24小時內完成點貨並通知本公司任何問題,否則將不受理任何形式之退貨或退款要求。
Due to food hygiene reasons, customers must check all items and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We are unable to process any return or refund requests after this period.

Defective Item Claim Periods
1. 產品變質 | Product Spoilage
- 如貨品於收貨後一個月內出現變質情況,顧客可向本公司提出退款要求。
If a product spoils within one month of receipt, customers may request a refund. - 超過一個月之申訴,將不予處理。
Claims made after one month will not be accepted. - 本公司保留要求顧客提供清晰照片及存放環境證明之權利,以作審核用途。
We reserve the right to request clear photos and proof of storage conditions for verification purposes.
2. 包裝漏氣 | Packaging Leakage
- 如貨品出現真空包裝破損、封口不牢或其他包裝漏氣情況,顧客須於收貨後24小時內提出申訴,並提供相應證明圖片。
For issues such as broken vacuum seals or packaging leakage, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos. - 超過24小時提出之申訴,恕不受理。
Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. 貨品數量錯漏 | Incorrect Quantity
- 如發現訂單內貨品數量與實際收貨不符,顧客須於收貨後24小時內提出申訴,並提供清晰圖片(包括包裝、收據等)作證。
If there is any discrepancy in the quantity received, please submit a claim within 24 hours along with clear photos (including packaging and receipt). - 超過時限後提出之錯漏申訴,將不予處理。
Claims submitted after the 24-hour period will not be processed.
退款方式
Refund Methods
- 經確認屬實之品質問題,本公司將優先以商店購物金形式安排退款補償,可於日後再次訂購時使用。
For confirmed quality issues, refunds will be prioritized as store credits, which can be used for future purchases. - 若顧客選擇以原支付方式退款,處理時間為7至14個工作天,敬請留意。
If the customer prefers a refund to the original payment method, processing will take 7–14 business days.

- 本公司保留最終解釋及審批退款之權利。
We reserve the right of final interpretation and refund approval. - 所有申請須於上述追溯期限內提出,並提供所需資料,方可進行後續處理。
All refund requests must be submitted within the specified claim periods and accompanied by the necessary documentation.
